How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

[ Regular product ]
 · The above products are limited production and are expected to sell out early due to small quantities.
 · Products sold in time for the launch of overseas headquarters may be automatically canceled if simultaneous payment is made in seconds. (cannot be canceled arbitrarily by Pulev)


[ Pre-order product ]
 · Orders may be canceled if stock is exhausted.
 · It may be delayed by 4-12 weeks due to circumstances at the head office.
 · Size cannot be changed after the order is closed.
 · Delivery delays are not a reason for cancellation as they frequently occur due to the nature of overseas delivery.
 · In the case of omission of the head office or inability to produce, it may be canceled before the delivery date provided.

 · All products sold by Pulev are officially imported customs clearance products from overseas brand headquarters and are stocked in Korea through strict customs procedures through seasonal orders.
 · If it turns out to be fake, we will compensate you for 200% of the selling price.
 · KC certification and supplier suitability report under the Special Act on Children's Safety are being sold.

Payment

[ Paypal ]
If payment is not made within 1 hour of ordering, it will be automatically canceled.

Refunds may be processed inevitably due to out of stock.

    Mondays and the day after holidays: Orders paid before 2:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day
    Others: Same-day delivery for orders completed before 4:00 p.m.

    Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    [ Customs and Duties ]
    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

[ Exchange and return address ]

[ If exchange or return is possible ]
 - You can submit it on the 'Q&A' bulletin board within one week after application.
- You must apply directly to the courier company or have the product delivered to the visiting driver after making a request to Pulev.
- Exchanges and returns are processed within 3-4 business days after the product arrives.
 - If you return the product without indicating your intention to return it, it may be difficult to check and the processing may be slow.
 - If you use a courier other than DHL, you must send it in advance.
 - You can pay for exchange and return shipping in advance or enclose it in an envelope and send it.

 
[ If exchange or return is not possible ]
 - If one week has passed since you received the product
 - In case the value of goods, etc. has significantly decreased in accordance with Article 15 (2) of the Fair Trade Act due to use or partial consumption by the user
(Including wear marks, contamination, smell, repair, washing, tag removal products, shoe box damage, etc.)
 - Defects found after washing or wearing cannot be exchanged/returned.
 - Please understand that this is an unavoidable regulation because it is not clear who is responsible for initial product defects and consumer negligence.
 - There may be color differences depending on the monitor resolution, so it is not treated as a defect.
 - Depending on the manufacturing process, there may be insufficient finish (mandrel) or chalk marks, which are not defects.
 - Materials that stretch easily when worn (knitwear, tights), accessory items, and sale items cannot be exchanged/returned.
 - Pre-order products cannot be returned, and can only be exchanged on-site while stocks remain.
 - Items that have not been returned cannot be returned.
 - If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly because a long period of time has elapsed, making it difficult to resell the goods.
 - If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order.


※ If you change your mind and exchange or return, you will have to pay the return shipping cost.
(Including color exchange, size exchange, etc.)

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

[ Pending period for reward store credit ]
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

[ Requirements ]
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

[ Cancellation of store credit ]
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
